  • Keep leather items away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent fading and brittleness.
  • Store leather items in a cool, dry place; avoid overstuffing bags to maintain their shape.

Our products come with a 6-month warranty, effective from the day of receipt. This warranty specifically covers defects in materials and workmanship. However, it does not apply in cases where damage results from unreasonable use or neglect. Additionally, normal wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, rips, tears, loose threads, stains, and discoloration, are not covered.

To initiate a warranty claim, please send an email to thejojabrand@gmail.com and include valid proof of purchase. Once verified, kindly return the item to us, bearing in mind that return shipping fees are not covered by us. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original state or as close to it as possible.

Upon receiving the item, we will conduct an investigation to determine the cause of the defect and, if warranted, decide on a replacement. A new unit will then be shipped to you. Please note that we reserve the right to make the final decision regarding warranty claims.
